RESERVATIONS AND DEPOSITS

We do not require a deposit to hold you reservation, except for particular reservations longer than 6 days or for bookings made 20 days before the reservation starting time.

The deposit for the above reservations is 30% of the total rental charge. Payment for the deposit should be done in advance in cash or via credit card. The rest of the payment is to be done in cash upon arrival.

PAYMENT

The rental price is to be paid in cash upon arrival. You can pay either in euro or in .

ARRIVAL

On the day of your arrival the apartment will be available from 14:00 h. If for any reason you arrive earlier, please let us know in advance so that we might try to accommodate you before the check in time.

DEPARTURE

The check out time is by 12.00 h on the day of the departure. If you require a later departure, please let us know and we will try to extend your stay by a few hours (not more than 4 hours), providing our next arrival is not early on the same day.

SECURITY DEPOSIT

In some cases we may require a security deposit. It covers the cost of any damages caused to the apartment and furniture during your stay, except for a normal wear. The deposit will be refunded to you on the day of your departure after we make sure that everything in the apartment is in order.

CANCELLATION

If a client cancels a reservation for which he/her has paid the 30% deposit, less than 14 days before his/her arrival, the 30% pre-payment will not be reimbursed to him/her.

For reservations shorter than 6 nights: If a client decides to reduce his/her stay, he/she will be charged with the rate of the price for one overnight.

For reservations longer than 6 nights: If a client decides to reduce his/her stay, he/she will be charged 50% of the rental price for the remaining period of the reservation.

Should Angels Apartments be unable to accommodate the client in the apartment he/she has booked, they reserve the right tomove him to a property of similar characteristics.

LIABILITIES

Angels Apartments nor the owner of the apartment shall be liable for any direct or indirect damages that may arise as a consequence of the use by the guests of the apartment, including without limitation, damages, losses because of fires, robbery or criminal behavior.
